Scuffle During Scrimmage between Redskins & Texans Forced Separate Practice Session

It is possible to flare tempers during a simple scrimmage of a training camp. The most recent example of  NFL 2015 has taken place between the Houston Texans and Washington Redskins. Kevin Johnson, the rookie cornerback of Houston was hit hard Jordan Campbell, fullback of the Redskins when an 11-on-11 scrimmage was happening prior to NFL 2015. Andre Roberts, the Washington receiver was objected for the hit and the bench was cleared. Then both the teams were separated and they practiced against themselves.

Chris Baker, the defensive lineman of Washington said Huston players were upset because they were kicked in the butt yesterday in the practice and they were trying to be tough this time on his team. But things did not happen in that way. He also said they came to set the tone on field that but he and his   team members did not let that happen. Whitney Mercilus, the linebacker of the Houston did not   disagree with these. He also said the outcome which happen on Friday was due to

"a whole lot of  intensity on both sides of the ball”

in his language. Cecil Shorts III, the veteran receiver of Houston  summed up the incidents in this way that when teams of this caliber practice each other the temper can flare easily. They were sure it was going to happen and they were also prepared for it. He also said that they did a good job by staying together. Finally added that no one was heart and it is over so it better to move on.

Jeff Darlington of the NFL Media reported that the teams were separated in two different fields for   practice as there were three different big fights just within 5 minutes. It is lucky day for them that Hard   Knock was available on the field and it will be possible to check the footage later. Saturday is going to be last day for joint practice before NFL 2015. Earlier practice started in heavy rain at 10.35 am on Thursday. This is not a one-time incident. Last year the Texans also had a brawl with the Atlanta Falcons during scrimmage too.
