Minnesota Vikings:
Key player Adrian Peterson (running back) will be back in NFL 2015 after his 15 match banned due to child abuse. It’s a relief for Vikings as Peterson is the best running back in NFL 2015. The 2000 yard rusher is confident and he said that the best of him is yet to come. He think he will make a good pack with Teddy Bridgewater the young quarterback. No doubt the return of Peterson will increase the confidence level of Vikings. But Peterson will not play in the preseason match as coach will not take any risk with this key player.
Pittsburgh Steelers:
Steelers are famous for their iron defense. Though last season there were some lacking in their defense. Their defense ranked as number 18 and also they gave up sixth most yards for passing which was not up to their level. But it’s a new season and they are looking for better in this NFL 2015 season. On the other hand their offense was incredible. They won their last four games which proves that they are at their best in offense.
They will also miss some key players. Both Polamalu and Taylor retired last season. Another key player McCain left the club for Miami Dolphins. Senquez Golson will be side lined too for his shoulder injury. Though they did some good trade like Brandon Boykin from Philadelphia Eagles. This guy has a potentiality of becoming a great defense player.
Eric Galko (sporting news) is pretty confident with Brandon Boykin. He said that Boykin did a good job in Monday camp. He did sink in stance and worked through the receivers to match up with the Steelers. Also he did work on physicality and timing for catch point. Point to be noted that Boykin got his most success against the best receivers.
