HOF Game Viking vs. Steelers Result: Vikings Thrashed the Steelers by 11 Points |
In the Pro Football game of Hall of Fame of NFL 2015 the Minnesota Vikings took upon the Pittsburgh Steelers. The same was a low scoring where the Steelers lost to the Vikings for 14-3. There was lack of star power in the game as players like Ben Roethlisberger, Adrian Peterson, Antonio Brown and few others were sitting out. But there were still plenty of action in the match which gave then fan the first taste of NFL 2015 professional season although it was not a league match. As the stars on the bench fans were able to see a few you players who are fighting to get in the team. At the half time the score was 7-3 edging the Vikings a bit. But in the third quarter they took away the match from the Steelers.
Steeler’s stars had a troubled match the field on Sunday night. Their big star James first match in the Steeler’s uniform has a dropped touchdown pass. He also had fumble when following a reception; he also made a false start on a pant. Even he was also on the punt team who let the 62-yard line to 1-yard return. When asked about it he just said that they need to watch the film and learn from it. He added that they have another practice which is coming on Tuesday and he had to improve there.
A few people on the field for Steelers made mistakes too. Rookie wide receiver C.J. Goodwin was able to caught 2 passes but he also lost possession when he was popped hard. After the match he is still hurt from the fumble. He admitted that he did not secure it enough. Finally added he got to learn if he wants to be in the season.
Even Landry Jones, the third-year quarterback was not immune to faults as he miscues in the match throughout. In the match the Steelers were called delay of game for two times. Jones took that on him agreed that he have to push the tempo in the following matches of NFL 2015.
